Health & Life Insurance

At Cove, we offer a variety of health and life insurance plans to ensure that you and your family are covered when you need it the most. We also offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) that can further reduce your eligible health expenses by putting aside dollars on a pre-tax basis.

PTO

We all need time off to relax and rejuvenate with our family and friends. For starters, Cove offers 11 paid holidays per year. In addition, you’ll accrue paid vacation time each pay period for a total of 2 weeks per year and can earn up to 4 weeks in the future.

Have a cause that’s close to your heart, earn an additional 2 days of paid time off per year through our Cove Cares program to spend making a difference in your community.
